Prior to BEO, Jean Paul Szita co-founded Laurus Corporation in 1999 and served as its President until mid-2018, leading the acquisition, financing, and management of over $2.8 billion in value-add real estate, including nearly 4,400 hotel rooms and 1.7 million square feet of office and retail space. Since 2019, he has taken a lead role in the financial aspects of select institutional commercial real estate investments at Wealthstone, a firm dedicated exclusively to institutional clients. BEO, by contrast, has a broader mandate beyond real estate, operating as a private equity firm that creates asset-backed opportunities across multiple sectors for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
