Jean Paul brings over 25 years of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, specializing in commercial real estate, financial structuring, and technology integration. He has completed transactions exceeding $2.5 billion and co-built a diverse portfolio including luxury hotels, commercial office buildings, and retail properties. His clear vision and approach have established BEO Investments LLC as a reliable and respected firm in the industry.
Jean Paul’s vision is to provide everyday investors with access to institutional quality real estate investments in a way that stands apart from others. Rather than competing by promising overly optimistic scenarios, he and his team target a conservative approach. TIM MEYERS
Tim Meyers brings his extensive background in finance and investment to his role as Executive Vice President. Tim leads financial analysis, acquisitions, and development efforts, executing the company's vision with strategic and meticulous execution. He applies rigorous financial oversight and operational excellence to maintain project integrity and timeliness.
Tim has 10 years of corporate finance experience at AECOM, a global design and construction firm with over 100,000 employees. His tenure at AECOM includes significant contributions to strategic finance initiatives. He supported the $6 billion acquisition of URS and the $2 billion sale of AMENTUM. Additionally, he was involved in global organizational restructures that resulted in annual savings exceeding $50 million.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from James Madison University’s College of Business.
